Topics

1. In the topics setting, there are several settings/features, namely the searching feature, filtering status topics, editing, deleting, and adding new topics.

2. When adding a new topic, there is some information that must be known regarding the data entry form as follows:

• The topic name is the name for the topic to be created.
• The description is an explanation of the topic to be made, the form description does not have to contain an explanation.
• Status is an indicator that must be changed when creating a new topic, from inactive to active and vice versa when you want to deactivate a topic.

3. And Include or And Exclude

By default, the topic addition page will select the option and include. The meaning of and include and and-exclude is include and exclude/except.

4. When the option is selected and includes, it indicates that the word entered in the add a tag form if only one word then informs the word that it will only be a single word that will be searched and displayed (visualization).

5. It can be seen from the data that has been obtained, it can be seen that the data on the topic of fruits that is taken is only data that mentions the word apple.

6. The same applies when adding new words/keywords on a predetermined topic. With the following understanding, the topic of fruit that will be an indicator of data search is the word/keyword entered in the add a tag form with the understanding that each word/keyword is read as a description. The words/keywords to be searched for are data that mentions the word apple or grape or mango.

7. Different When adding the and include parameter, the meaning becomes the word/keyword that is entered in the first and second add a tag form combined with the conjunction and. The word/keyword that will be searched is data- which mentions the word apple or grape or mango and the word sell or buy. So, the data to be taken is data that mentions the word apple or grape or mango and the word sell or buy, if only the word apple or grape or mango is mentioned without mentioning the word sell or buy then the data will not be taken.

8. Applies differently when adding and excluding parameters, to be except/without. So, the word entered in the add a tag form becomes a mandatory rule not to be included in data retrieval. The data to be taken is data that mentions the word apple or grape or mango without the word sell or buy.

9. Edit and delete topics, click the icon on the right side of the topic list.
